In addition, we can respond to our customers’ immediate needs by providing quick turnaround on small projects or handling of emergency repairs.
Union Work Force
We maintain a 35-man union workforce, highlighting experience in the following trades: carpenters, masons, cement finishers, operators, laborers, and construction managers.
Self-performed work can include:
- Excavation - related to concrete construction and as required for underground utilities
- Concrete - interior / exterior foundations and flatwork repairs & replacement
- Site Work - security fencing, signage, barricades and traffic control
- Masonry Construction - tuckpointing, repairs, new walls, openings, and infill’s
- Carpentry - rough / finish carpentry including drywall, plaster and acoustical ceilings
- Construction Management - build outs, renovations, construction cost analysis, and design build projects
